One of the perks about being a seller on this site is you get to rant about almost anything you want. As a toy collector, vintage transformers Connoisseur if you will, I want to rant on one of my favorite, lesser known toy lines known as BLOCKMAN.
Originally these were released along with the microman toys in Japan. They used the same scale peg holes that many robot toys used for their weapons and accessories, even today some of the new toys will work with these vintage gems.
Do you have a place you're trying to unload but can't because of the economy? How would you like to post your ad for free on BIG FLEA MART? Please contact us if you're interested.
I would just like to thank everyone for visiting our site. Believe it or not we have been slowly but surely getting visitors to browse the site. I think we should eventually be able to reach our goal of 100,000 items for sale. Please feel free to contact us with suggestions, particularly those that would improve usability. Thanks again!
Well I finally got Google to work as the site search engine. Man, than was quite a pain. Check it out here. Yes I am aware that the results are goofy sometimes. But at least we're making some progress because the old search engine was terrible. So much better than before.
BIG FLEA MART is closing in on 1000 items posted. I wonder when the slackers who have posted nothing so far will get around to posting their stuff for sale. We're trying to get to 100,000 items, people. Let's get busy!
Been up for hours on this beautiful Saturday morning, sorting through boxes of my old C64, and Atari 2600 game manuals. There are even some old posters hidden inside, like Bruce Lee, the Ultimate DOOM poster (which I am not selling) and loads of maps to the old games.
BIG FLEA MART has just reached the momentous milestone of 500 items posted on the site on our way to our goal of 100,000 items. To celebrate the occasion we are giving away FREE table space on the site to post your items for sale. Please CONTACT US HERE if you are interested. Thank you everyone for your support!
As promised I spent a good 5 hours yesterday in my storage locker, pulling out all the items that people have emailed me on, so I thank all of you for your interest. I even found a box of old computer game instructions and such, so having FUN putting even MORE stuff with some of the items requested, like Might and Magic manuals, Games Creator and some D&D computer games...
I just read an interesting article of how someone started his own business, buying items from Thrift Stores and selling them on a “popular” auction site. He determined that old sports items, such as jersey’s, sold really well and in these times of financial instability he was able to make pretty good extra income.
Points out all the added Fees and Costs involved, which brought his gross down significantly. By his calculations, it cut his profit margin in HALF!
